ESM was established in 2004 with the ambition of bringing high quality sports coaching to the youth of the Middle East.  Today, ESM is the leading Sports Management Company in the UAE.

Offering sports coaching, event management and sporting facilities to both children and adults of the school and the wider community, ESM and its approved partners are delivering coaching programs to over 10,000 children per week in around 200+ school sports facilities.

To become an ESM approved provider for children’s sports, all academies provide a ‘Progressive Development Program’ that highlights their development pathways including player assessments, development pathway programs and an age-specific program schedule.

What East Sports Management (ESM) Offer 

• ESM demands the highest standards of quality from all sports academy providers.  To become an ESM approved provider, academies are required to provide all legal documentation according to UAE legislation as well as ensuring all programs are delivered by professional coaches and operated in an encouraging and fun atmosphere.
• We review the highest qualifications of coaching staff and UAE federation approval for the academy.  All sessions offer a qualified first aider and all staff undergo a criminal background check for additional child safeguarding.
• ESM is dedicated to health and safety.  With an excellent track record of due diligence, health & safety, risk management and reporting policies & procedures in place, we aim to ensure all facilities and sports sessions are a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone to experience.
